Super peak season hotel bookings may have separate cancellation policies
Cancellation after trip commencement depends on supplier recovery
No refund for no-show, road blocks, accidents, or natural calamities

Refund Process

All cancellations must be notified in writing during office hours (10 AM - 7 PM, Monday-Saturday)
Refund requests processed within 1 business day
Refunds processed to bank account only (7-14 business days)
No cash refunds available
