Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a booking. By booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

General Terms

All rates mentioned are valid for Indian nationals only

Please read emails carefully and understand the contents and prices

All email conversations will be part of your contract with us once you make the booking

Identification Requirements

Aadhar Card is NOT a valid document in Sikkim

Valid documents: Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License

Birth certificate required for children below 18 years

All documents must include a photograph

Hotels can deny stay if valid ID proof is not provided

Hotel & Accommodation

Check-in time: 1 PM, Check-out time: 11 AM (unless specified otherwise)

Reservations will be released at 6 PM if not claimed

Alternative accommodation will be arranged if rooms are unavailable

Hotels are subject to availability and prior confirmation

AC, fan & heater charges are extra and vary by hotel

Extra adults may get mattress instead of bed - inform us in advance

Transportation

We will arrange replacement vehicle if breakdown occurs due to technical reasons

AC will not work in all hill areas or when vehicles are stopped/parked

Please cooperate during vehicle issues and repairs

Liability & Responsibilities

Company is not responsible for loss of belongings in cars or hotels

Company is not responsible for ID proof related issues

We shall not be responsible for delays & alterations due to:

• Natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents

• Breakdown of transport, weather, sickness

• Landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest

• Any other incidents beyond our control
